Yesterday, I sat down to eat at my kitchen table for the first time in I cannot even remember how long. I actually made myself breakfast. I ate in a most leisurely manner, perusing my new issues of Kinfolk, (Squeal! I cannot get over the awesomeness of Kinfolk - worth every penny!), and my latest obsession, Imbibe.
I was able to do this, ladies and gentlemen, because...wait for it...
I AM ON VACATION!
While things have been fairly quiet, here on the Geek+Nerd blog, life has actually been quite full and busy. I have been savoring my first few days of freedom free time by doing pretty much nothing. However, I have been missing this space, and have been marinating over what I would like to do here in the future.
So expect to see more in the coming weeks. Until then, I'm going to go have a second cup of coffee...at 11:42am...oh yeah, and I'm still in my pajamas.

I love the fact that you are still in your jammies at noon. That is the way to enjoy a good vacation. Hope you have a wonderful bit of relaxation, you certainly deserve it.
