Smoothie Challenge Update #4

Pear, Oat, Cinnamon and Ginger Shake


Today the Pear, Oat, Cinnamon and Ginger Shake from Martha Stewart Living, January 2012. Aforementioned ingredients plus: milk, buttermilk, ice cubes, maple syrup (I added a little honey because I was low on syrup), almond butter and a bit of salt.
