A tad of sad

Well, I thought that I was going to come to this space today to share about my fantastic day of self indulgence that I had yesterday, but it is inappropriate for today, so again that post will have to wait.

My memere (grandmother) passed away last night. It is hard for me to be too upset or sad, because she was in her nineties, she lived a full life, and she had all of her wits about her until the very end. Really, who could ask for anything more?

My mom wrote a beautiful post about her here. It leaves nothing to be said. She will indeed be missed.
